Client assesses self-harm as a way depression has impacted their life. Client details accepting loss of control as a coping strategy the help depression with behaviors lasting up to 10 minutes in duration when he is being redirected by his mother for negative behaviors. Behavior: Client utilizes a worksheet to lower depression by assessing symptoms, triggers, avoidance behaviors, coping strategies, and impact. Client rates depression as moderate.
